Curious about pottery but not ready to dive into a full course? Our Wheel Throwing Taster class is the perfect way to try your hand at ceramics in a fun, relaxed setting. BYO your drinks and snacks, and get ready to play with clay!!
Why You’ll Love Our Wheel taster Class’
This is your chance to have a go without the lock in commitment! 2 hours of playing and learning and then you decide if it is something to pursue!
Hands-On Fun: Experience the excitement of the pottery wheel as you shape and mold clay into your own creation. No pressure—just plenty of laughs and muddy hands!
Welcoming Environment: Whether you come on your own or with a group, our friendly, inclusive space will make you feel right at home.
Beginner-Friendly: Never touched clay before? No problem! This class is designed specifically for beginners, with expert guidance from our experienced instructor.
YOU WILL NOT TAKE ANY CREATIONS HOME AS THIS IS A TASTER SESSION DESIGNED TO SEE IF YOU LIKE THE WHEEL AND THE POTENTIAL FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION.

We’re so excited to welcome you to a creative and fun experience at Jericho Pottery! Here are a few things to keep in mind before your class:
Bookings: Please choose your time and date carefully as a small business we rely on you being able to commit tot he classes as concellations cannot be refunded.
Minimum Attendance: A minimum of 4 students is needed for the class to run. If the class cannot go ahead, we’ll contact you to reschedule or discuss alternatives.
What to Wear: Its going to get messy!! Keep that in mind! Short nails will make your life easier for creating also.
Stay Comfortable: Our studio is located in a warehouse-style building, so it can get warm in summer or chilly in winter.
Spread the Word: We hope you have a wonderful time – don’t forget to tell your friends about your pottery adventure!
